Process

At Bahar, we ensure your orders are carefully processed and delivered to you safely. Our shipping process is designed to be seamless, with end-to-end tracking so you know exactly where your order is at all times.
1. Order Placement
Browse our marketplace and purchase products showcased by independent vendors and sailors. Once your order is placed, it is securely logged in our system for processing.
2. Processing & Vendor Pickup
Our dedicated team reviews orders daily. We then visit the seller's location—whether it's their shop or home—to pick up your requested items directly from them.
3. Warehouse Packing
Once collected, the products are brought to our central Bahar warehouse. Here, our team carefully inspects and securely packs your items to ensure they remain safe during transit.
4. Dispatch & Delivery
After packing, your order is handed over to our trusted courier partner, Pathao. You can expect your package to arrive at your doorstep within 2 to 4 days.
Tracking Your Order
We believe in complete transparency. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive real-time tracking updates via email and directly within the Bahar app, so you can follow its journey.
