Welcome to Bahar. By accessing or using our marketplace platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Bahar provides a multi-vendor platform connecting customers with physical retail shops across Bangladesh. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Bahar acts as a facilitator for transactions between independent sellers (vendors) and customers. While we strive to ensure a high-quality experience, the contract for sale is directly between the buyer and the seller. Bahar is not the manufacturer, retailer, or distributor of the products listed by third-party vendors.

To purchase products or post reviews, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Bahar offers online purchasing with home delivery services throughout Bangladesh. Delivery times and charges may vary based on the seller's location and your delivery address. We aim for transparency in all shipping costs, which will be displayed during the checkout process.

Users may upload images and text for product reviews. By uploading content, you grant Bahar a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display that content. You are prohibited from uploading offensive, infringing, or misleading material.

You are strictly prohibited from:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Bahar platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent transactions or misrepresenting your identity.
• Using the platform for any illegal activities within the jurisdiction of Bangladesh.
• Attempting to bypass any security measures or rate limits.

All software, designs, trademarks, and branding elements of the Bahar platform are the exclusive property of Bahar. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights to our intellectual property.

Bahar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. The quality and authenticity of products are the sole responsibility of the respective sellers.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
